On December 11th, 1999, my life journey commenced, starting on what some might describe as a challenging path.
I was born in Portsmouth, England, but my first home was located 15 miles north, in the charming market town of Petersfield. In 2004, my family decided to relocate 50 miles to the west, settling in the serene countryside village of Brockenhurst, England. It was in this place that my personal story truly unfolds. |
In this idyllic setting, there were limited entertainment options, particularly for young individuals like myself. The area boasted vast stretches of open plains, inhabited by wild horses and cattle. These early years provided me with ample exposure to nature and farm life.
With my parents' aspirations for my education in mind, I initially applied to the local school. Unfortunately, I faced rejection solely because they had reached their capacity. Consequently, I ended up attending an even smaller school, which required a 20-minute drive through the fields. It wasn't until a year later that I was fortunate enough to be accepted into my local school.

Popularity was never my strong suit; I struggled to find my place among my peers. Schoolwork failed to ignite my interest, and socializing wasn't a priority.
Instead, it was the activities outside of school that truly fulfilled me. While my father hoped I would share his passion for sports, it wasn't the path that resonated with me. My heart yearned for the stage, where I could become someone else and escape the burden of worrying about people's opinions. Performing arts captured my soul; it felt like a natural calling. Those initial years exposed me to diverse backgrounds and cultures that were absent in my home environment. It was during this time that I discovered the significance of embracing my true self. I learned that love had no limitations, and I could be whomever I needed to be. |
